This book is about the qualities that people should be striving for success, a book about the harmonious development of a person, about finding the meaning of life and reaction to circumstances. The basis of the concept outlined in the book is a sequence of seven skills. The first three habits assume independence (the ability to control oneself). The next three habits are interdependence (interaction with others). The last, the seventh, habit means constant perfection of both the ability to own oneself, and the ability to interact with others.
