Among the most famous of his works – the book “In the wild.” In the book described how a young man from a wealthy family gets hitchhiked to Alaska, where all alone, hunting and collecting food, lives in an abandoned bus – in an absolutely wild environment .. The real story of Chris McCandless became famous all over the world thanks to the skill of the famous writer John Kracauer and the brilliant adaptation of Sean Penn. The famous actor and director read the book for one night and then within 10 years sought from Chris’s relative permission to shoot the film, which later received many awards and is considered to be a cult.
